We spent the day like any other normal day and then topped the evening off with a special dinner. We dressed Ella up and off we went to Oglebay's Ihlenfeld Room. We were just about the only people there! The babes was extremely well behaved. Ella had the "special" sweet corn casserole from a jar! Mommy & Daddy ordered steak. Yummy!
We finished dinner off with...ice cream! None for the baby but Mommy had the forbidden dairy product. There really is nothing better than chocolate & peanut butter ice cream!!
After we got home, Ella had a surprise for us...SHE STOOD UP ALL BY HERSELF!! We couldn't believe our eyes. But she did it as slick as could be, like she had been doing it for months! She caught us by surprise and it took a few seconds for it to register. Daddy went into super protective mode in case she fell. We tried to get her to do it again but she was too distracted from all the celebrating & decided she would rather have some milk and go to bed!
