John has been officially 9 months for a week now but we just had our 9 month check up. He weighs 20lbs 8 oz and is 29 3/4 inches long, consistently the 50% for weight & 90% for height. He has a total of 4 very sharp teeth, has started waving, and does this adorable pointing thing as his way of acknowledging your presence. He is a huge fan of the dadada sound and the random mama has long been forgotten. Hes so cute that it almost doesn't matter that he doesn't sleep. And he is IN LOVE with his big sister. He wants nothing more than to be included in everything that she does. Quite frankly, I find it adorable. Big sister doesn't quite think it so adorable. He crawls, sometimes, but prefers to be standing and cruising along everything. This will sadly be our last monthly check up. Next time we head to the pediatrician, baby J will be all grown an I'll be a sad Mama.
What's that you ask? Where are all the fabulously cute photos Mom & Dad religiously take every month? Well, we took them and they stink. It's impossible to get a decent picture of this kid right now, especially at our house where he is into everything. And by everything, I mean everything. So this is the best it got. I threw in the towel and Dad tried his best. The boy is cute but not cooperative!
