Pumpkins @ the Trolley Museum

Daddy & Ella met Mommy after work one Sunday and headed over to the Washington Trolley Museum for a trolley ride and to decorate a pumpkin.  Not a bad way to spend a cool fall afternoon!

A Little Lebanon

Well, Ella is officially a Green!!

We had some Lebanon Bologna for lunch, and she loved it!  Chipped, of course.

Count 1, 2, 3

She just randomly started counting to ten the other day.  She consistently misses the number 4.  But 4 was never a very important number anyway!

la, la, la Elmo's World

Ella has been obsessed  with Sesame Street for the last few weeks.  She knows all of the characters and knows the classic lines for some of them.  This is how she thinks the la, la, la Elmo's World song should go...

Fall Days at Triple B Farms

Last Saturday, we decide to enjoy the (hot) fall weather at Triple B Farms, just outside of Pittsburgh.  Ella was excited about the pun-kins until she saw the rubber ducks.

The farm had 2 slides for the kiddo to enjoy.  She no sooner got to the bottom than she was running up the side of the hill to go again.  "More, please."

She even got to pat pat a baby duck.

Daddy let her feed the goats.  At least the goats were enclosed this time and couldn't try and eat her shirt again...

We went on a hay ride to the pumpkin patch but came home without a pumpkin.  Ella just wasn't happy with the selections and let us know she was "all done."

What better way to end an fall evening than with a round of fireworks!  We got there nice and early to get a good spot and with the new location of the house we beat traffic and got home within 15 minutes!  At first Ella kept saying "no, no"  but after a minute she (& Elmo) were really enjoying them.  She kept saying "again" in between and when the crackly ones went off she kept telling us it was "raining."  She was so cute and of course we took lots of videos of her commentary...

1st Hair Cut

Well, Ella (& Mommy) survived her first hair cut. She did a great job.  And looks super duper cute!
